Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t want to offend the special snowflakes. It’s not racist, guys. Why can Eminem say nigga but other white people can’t? Why can people of color actually say “all white people should die” and THAT not be racist? Get over yourselves. Slavery was hundreds of years ago. White people enslaved other white people way before they moved on to Africans. We have literally all been there.
Local white Arctic Monkeys fan defends her use of the word “Nigga” by using Eminem and “Slavery was Hundreds of Years ago” as a counter-argument. Nice!
Why can Eminem say nigga?
Eminem hasn’t said nigga anyway.
I’m tryna go back into the archives of my brain. I don’t think he ever crossed that line, not in his music anyways.
This is just an example of “white tears”
What a lame excuse besides, because I’m sure if he did he would’ve gotten torn apart so her argument is invalid anyway.
Actually, 50 Cent encouraged him, and other white people, to say “nigga”. It’s a part of drug culture. It’s apart of American culture. And the thing is, is that America is a melting pot of different cultures! Your culture is going to blend in to everyone else’s whether you like it or not. Go complain to the white people who are actually killing African Americans because of their skin color. Go complain to the elderly white people who still think that dark skin is the worst thing ever. THOSE are the real racists. But you wouldn’t hit an old guy, would you?
But what’s funny is that you’re perpetuating more color blind racism and racism as a whole, because you care more about feeling good about yourself in this situation instead of taking on knowledge
How am I making myself feel better in a situation like this? I would try to take on knowledge if I wasn’t threatened because the color of my skin, and then told by others that it’s not the same. I know that I won’t ever fully understand, and I’m sorry that my thoughts are “color blind racism”, but nothing is going to get solved if people point fingers and blame instead of taking an apology.
Just because you feel uncomfortable hearing about the experience, perspective, and daily life of people being oppressed on a social media that allows them to actually freely express themselves does not make you threaten. When a person of color tells you their side and instead of listening and taking it on board you marginalize and belittle, inadvertently or on purpose, their existence in lack of a better word then yes that frustrates most of us to the point of cussing you out.
